Dr. Rosemary Burnley (Chair of Board of Trustees)
Rosemary is Founder Trustee and Chair of the TMG Foundation's Board of Trustees. She is a Senior Lecturer and Postgraduate Course Director within the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Bedfordshire, UK. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Salford in Manchester. At the University of Bedfordshire, she has designed, ran and still runs many courses within the Business School. Prior to her current appointment, she taught at the South Bank University, London. Rosemary is a Patron of the Cameroon Nurses Association as well as a Governor of Norbury Manor Primary School, London. Rosemary is married to Sako and they have two children. She can be reached at

Dr. Jey Ngole (Trustee & Secretary)
Jey is currently a Consultant Design Engineer at Semtech Ltd, UK. He is also a Founder Trustee and TMGF's Secretary. He holds a PhD from OxFord University, UK, from the Microelectronic Circuits and Analogue Devices Research Group. Jey also holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from Oxford and an MSc. from City University, London. An expert in MicroElectronics and Seminconductors Design, Jey also finds time to be Director of Chede UK - a charity contributing to building Africa from its village socio-cultural and economic foundations by working with village communities to recover self-confidence in their ability to grow themselves out of poverty and enabling them to regain their erstwhile cultural and productive vitality. Dr. Asa’ah Nkohkwo, FRSH (Trustee & Treasurer)
Ass'ah (PhD Medicine 1993 Manchester) is Chief Executive and Director of the Sickle Cell Society (SCS) - the largest UK medical Black registered Charity. He is a Fellow in Laboratory Medicine, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Health Promotion and an alumnus of the UK NHS Public Health Leadership Development. Known traditionally as Mbi Asaatong Fontem, he is the Europe Ambassador of HM Fontem Njifua of Bangwa, Cameroon. Prior to his current appointment, Asa'ah was a senior clinical scientist within the NHS at the world famous Department of Nuclear Medicine, Royal Marsden Hospital, London. Asa'ah brings seasoned 3rd sector experience to TMGF having been a Trustee of SCS for close to a decade. Asa'ah is married to Louisa and they have two daughters. He can be reached at

Professor Sama Nwana, MBCS, CEng (Trustee, Policy Implementation)
Sama is Managing Director, Mobile Media Solutions, at Arqiva Ltd - a major European telecommunications firm. He is a Founder Trustee and responsible officer for Policy Strategy and Implementation at TMG Foundation. Prior to his current MD role, he held directorial roles at Quadriga Worldwide Ltd, antfactory Holding Ltd - a $500M technology investment firm - and at British Telecommunications. Sama holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence/Computer Science from Aston University, Birmingham, in addition to a BSc and MSc [with Distinction] in Computer Sciences from the University of Birmingham. He also holds an MA from Queen's College, Cambridge as well as an MBA [with Distinction] from the prestigious London Business School, University of London. Between 1988 and 1994, he held academic roles at the Universities of Liverpool, Keele and Calgary in Canada. He has won multiple awards including the European DEC AI prize for 1991, the top BT technology award for 1996 and the UK British Computer Society top award for 1997. He has consulted widely and he remains a Visiting Professor at Brunel University in West London. He is widely published and is one of the most cited non-academic computer scientists. Professor Joseph Tah, MCIOB, MIEEE (Trustee, Policy Strategy)
Joe Tah is Professor of Project Management at Oxford Brookes University, having just recently left another professoral role (of Construction Information Technology) at the University of Salford, Manchester. He has over 15 years research, teaching and consultancy experience in the application of advanced IT and artificial intelligence techniques to the provision of decision support within integrated computing environments for designing and managing construction projects using open distributed computing standards. Joe is a Founder Trustee of TMGF and is responsible for Policy. He holds a PhD and MSc from Loughborough University and a BSc from the University of Birmingham. A seasoned academic, Joe has published widely. Prior to his Chair at Salford, Joe held a Chair at South Bank University. Joe has consulted widely and brings this much needed experiences to TMGF. Dr. Forba Ngemoh (Trustee, Programme Management)
Forba is Founder Trustee and key responsible for TMGF's programme management. He is currently a Senior IT Manager at the Children's Society - one of the largest UK 3rd Sector Organisations. He holds and PhD and BSc in Engineering from Kings College, University of London. Forba is an entrepreneur and is also Founding Director of Fancom Technologies Ltd which he founded years ago which provides IT and Software Consulting Solutions. Forba obviously brings this core IT and Network expertise to TMGF. Forba is married to Liz and they have three children. He can be reached at

Dr. Sam Atungsiri (CEO, TMG & Trustee)
Sam runs TMG, the parent organisation of TMG Foundation. Sam is currently a Consulting System Architect for Sony’s Semiconductor Business in Europe. In this role he won the European Sony Corporate Technology award in 2004 and an ‘Implemented Invention Award’ for his inventions in the area of digital TV reception in 2005. These inventions are at the core of the market leading Bravia series of Sony digital flat panel TV sets. Prior to joining Sony he held engineering posts at Ortbitel Communications and Ericsson. Sam holds a PhD and MSc in Communication Engineering from University of Surrey and BSc in Computer Engineering from University of Wales. Prior to assignments in industry Sam held the Racal Research Fellowship at the University of Surrey from 1991 to 1994 and a Foundation lectureship from 1994 to 1996. In academic circles he is still an associate lecturer at The Open University Faculty of Technology and also serves as a member of the UK EPSRC college of referees in the area of digital communication. Sam is spokesman on Science and Technology for the political opposition in Cameroon. Married to Beatrice and they have two children. He can be reached at
